Schlagwerkzeug.

Impact tool.
Mechanical impact tools have become known in various designs; however, they are all characterized by a tension curve with a constant pitch angle, through which a spring is periodically tensioned and released.
The device according to the invention is intended to create an impact tool of this type which has a significantly lower power requirement. This advantage is achieved by the fact that the angle of inclination of the tensioning curve decreases with increasing compression of the spring. This ensures that the torque required on the tensioning curve remains practically constant during the tensioning time of the spring, or expressed mathematically:
EMI1.1
Radius measured torque.
Q is the variable spring pressure. ; 'the mean radius of the clamping curve, a the variable angle of incline of the clamping curve, p the angle of friction between the finger and the curve.
EMI1.2
Equation the torque as the spring force Q changes, i.e. H. the drive energy does not have a constant effect of the same magnitude, but has to grow steadily (if the spring diagram is a straight line through the origin) until the maximum spring force Q is overcome. For Q, the size of the drive energy must be determined.
The latter is only fully used in the very short period of maximum spring tension, as the centrifugal mass required to compensate for the irregularity

Depending on the intended use of the impact device, the lifting height, the mean clamping curve diameter, the spring force, the tension ratios of the initial to the final tension of the spring and the number of blows for one turn of the tensioning curve are determined. This also changes their shape, but the torque resulting from the spring force and to be overcome remains practically constant during the spring tension.
PATENT CLAIMS:
