Box tipping wagons unloading on one side together with a device for carrying out the tipping processes.
There are already known dump trucks whose unloading occurs suddenly due to the design of the tipping bearing. The essence of the invention consists in the special design of the tipping bearing and such tipping wagons; The invention also includes a device for carrying out the tipping processes, with the tipping of the car and a safeguard against tipping over and an unintentional tilting back of the car being prevented by a specially designed tipping hook.
The invention is shown in several embodiments in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows a vertical section through the tipped car body, Fig. 2 shows a same section through the box located in the horizontal position. 3 shows a side view of the articulated links, seen in the inclined position of the box bottom in FIG. 1. FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 show the same for a modified embodiment, FIG. 6 again seen in the inclined position of the box bottom. 7 and 8 show the carriage provided with the various fuses in two positions.
The aim of the invention is to store the least of the wagon and to design the means for tilting it with structural simplicity so that the cargo can be tipped out quickly and completely by a very small crew, 2-3 men, and that with the same crew Trolley can also be tilted as often as required, even when it is completely or partially empty. The overall height of the car is reduced, so that due to the low center of gravity there is a risk of derailment in
EMI1.1
Attach extension boards to reduce the distance in the loading train. The box flap is free to swing independently of the tilting action, using any known automatic flap opener and flap lock. The maintenance costs of a car equipped according to the invention are reduced to a minimum.
According to the invention, the support saddle, which contains the main tilting bearing n supporting the car body below the longitudinal axis of the center of gravity on the chassis, is provided with two further tilting bearings b and c after the tilting side of the car, which are so far removed from the main tilting bearing,
EMI1.2
When tilting, after the main tilting bearing s, the second tilting bearing b first comes into effect in cooperation with the groove of the supporting ribs cl with freely swinging tilting play from tilting angle 0 to about 30, until the outside of this tragi-ippe finally enters tilting bearing c again with free tilting play from about 30 engages to the end position. The intended, appropriate free tilting movement and shifting of the center of gravity occurs within the tilting process through the described design of the tilting bearing.

any remaining masses are completely loosened and emptied.
For tilting back into the starting position, the freely swinging tilting clearance and the shifting of the center of gravity take place in the opposite direction.

Tipping wagons as often as required, which is very useful in practice in order to free car bodies that have not been completely emptied by tipping them several times from the remaining load.
The tilting movement is limited and performed simultaneously in the rest and tilting position

relocated tilting bearings e, which at the same time counteracts tilting out of the same due to the shift in the center of gravity in the car body.
In the rest position and also during the driving movement, the car body is supported on a carrying chair e directly attached to the main tilting bearing a according to the invention, whereby the main tilting bearing is partially relieved and also protected from excessive wear. Important for

is much smaller than the tilt angle of the car.
The tilting force is no longer transmitted to the levers by dite attelle, the otherwise usual switching and locking devices are saved.
EMI2.4
With the specially designed tilting hook, the trolley is tilted in such a way that both articulated links and the rocker arm are linked directly to the upper and lower part to determine the distance.
For tilting back, a roller attached to the lower part comes into effect by means of the rocker arm. The fork-like tipping hook secures the car body against tipping over by striking a lateral support.
