Anti-kickback device preventing the tilting box from falling back unintentionally
for box dump trucks The invention relates to an unintentional
Kickback device preventing the tipping box from falling back for box dumpers
with a support rod arranged between the tipping box and the underframe,
in which device a part participating in the locking process can be rotated in a crank
is mounted, which in its position by a crank mechanism that crosses its dead center
is held and released for movement only when the, exceeded
Dead position of this transmission is canceled.
In the case of dump trucks with Kasteus self-tippers, prop stands are known,

Tipper box, usually automatically returns to its loading position.

In the case of unfavorable loading conditions, it can happen that the automatically tilting tipping box does not even reach its tipping position, ie. even the locking caused by the supports falling into the dead position that has been exceeded does not occur at all, so that the dump box that has not yet been emptied falls back into its loading position. This premature falling back is absolutely undesirable, because it can cause accidents for the operating staff and the dump box with a load that has not yet been partially emptied is only very much. difficult to tip for the second time, it has therefore already been proposed to arrange toothed sehleppstangen on the tipping box, which, in the event of unforeseen closing, of the tipping box fall back in corresponding notches on the underframe of the box tipper. and prevent any further unintentional falling back of the tipping box. But it is very 'difficult - with such a tow bar arrangement to release the locking position of the tow bar against the great pressure of the tipping box, which is why the use of these tow bars has again been refrained from.
Stützstange derart in Reibungskontakt steht,
The invention has the object of a particular for box Automatic tilting to sichaffen an automatic unintentional falling back of the dump body preventing check support means, which makes it possible that the tilting dump body in any desired tilting position, all - no matter whether it is about a Kipplagezwischenstellung or Kipplageendstellung acts, is automatically locked, is automatically secured against unintentional falling back and the automatic locking - * - control can be released by just one man karu-1 if the tilting box is to fall back. This is achieved in accordance with the invention # 1 in that the part of the locking device which is involved in the locking process and is mounted in a crank is designed as an eccentric disc which is operatively connected to a lever and which is connected to one on the tilting box. articulated, guided between the eccentric disk and a roller rotatably mounted on the base of the box-type tipper. Support rod is in frictional contact in such a way that when the tilting box falls back, the support rod is clamped between the eccentric disk and the roller. In a further development of the invention, the lever, which is in active connection with the eccentric disk, is under a weight load -u # 1, d / or the action of a spring force that when the tilting box moves backwards, the eccentric disk presses against the support rod and the jamming of the support rod between the eccentric disc and the roller is supported. The non-return support device according to the invention has the advantage that, on the one hand, an unintentional falling of the tilted, tilted Kippkastem from the tilted position and any intermediate tilted position is avoided with simple means, on the one hand The tilt position can be held, ie when falling back from its tilt position end position or any tilt position, it can be held in any tilt position.

Der Kippkasten i
An
Hebel 18 in Wirkungsverbindung.
kommen.
kastens- i zieht das Hängelager 9 die Stützstange i o
mit
hoch.
Exzentersch#eibe 12 und der Rolle i i.
i i im Lagerschild 13.
in seinier
Lage sichert. Der Lagerschild 28 ist bei 32 mit dem Untergestell 4
verschraubt.
also unbeweglich in ihrer Lage.
Will man die-
zurückfallende Kippkasten i mit Sicherheit in jeder beliebigen Kipplagezwischenstellung
fest-Wehalten werden. The dump body i is held in the loading position by means of an i schematically indicated in Fig. Stützkurhelgetriebes 2 so that the i fixedly connected to the dump body pivot 3 on with 'the sub-frame 4 of the box itself truck fixedly connected bearing 5 is supported. The tipping box i is thus mounted eccentrically in the loading position with respect to its center of gravity. After triggering the supporting crank mechanism 2, the tilting box i tilts automatically by executing a swiveling movement around the pivot 6 until it assumes the tilted end position, in which the pin 7 firmly connected to the tilting box i is supported on the bearing 8 connected to the base 4 . A support rod io is articulated to eini with the tilt box i firmly connected hanger 9 , roughly in such a way that a bolt 36 extends through the bore of the head of the support rod and through the two eyes of the hanging bearing 9 , the head of which extends against the outer one Plane area #deis. defining an eye of the hanger 9 "while by. which projects out of the. other eye end of the bolt 3 is 6 hindurchleesteckt a securing pin 3 7, which rests against a fitted onto the flat surface of the eye disc 38. The support rod is io between a roller ii and an eccentric disk 12. The roller ii, like the support rod io, is rotatably supported in the hanger 9 in a bearing plate 13 firmly connected to the subframe 4 using a bolt 47, a pin 48 and a disk 49. The eccentric disk 12 is rotatably mounted in a crank 14, for example in such a way that a bolt is inserted through a bore in the hub of the eccentric disk 12 and a bore in an eye 1 5 of the crank 14, the head of which lies against the flat side of the hub of the eccentric disk 12, while "through the end of the bolt protruding from the bore of the eye 1 5, a pin 16 engages, which is attached to an on the eye 1 5 au rests against the disc. The eccentric disk 12 is in operative connection with your lever 18 loaded by one or more weights 17. The one or more weights 17 are for example supported on the lever 1 by means of a clamping screw 8 53rd The weight-loaded lever 18 exerts such a torque on the eccentric disk 12 that it tends to rotate to the right, i.e. to rotate clockwise. H. to reduce the clearance between eccentric disk 12 and roller ii and to come into frictional contact with over support. Instead of the load of the lever 18 by means of weights 17, a load could be done by spring force, for example, in such a manner thata not shown in the Mchnung, hinged on the crank 14 the spring exerts a torque on the lever 1 8, which is the same direction as the the weight 17 exerted torque. When the tilting box is tilted, the hanger 9 pulls the support rod up with it. The eccentric disk 12 and the roller ii do not constitute an obstacle here. If the tilting box i falls back from its tilted position, the downwardly moving support rod io acts on the eccentric disk 12 in the sense of a clockwise rotation and thus in the sense of a narrowing of the passage cross section between the eccentric disk 12 and the roller i i. The support st, ange io is therefore clamped and held between the eccentric disk 12 and the roller ii. To increase the clamping force, the eccentric disk 12 and the roller ii can be provided with additional grooves. The clamping force can be increased or decreased by pressing harder or releasing the weight-loaded lever iS. The crank 14 is rotatably mounted in the bearing plate 13. This storage may be implemented using a pin 5o, a pin 5 1 and a disc 52 be configured similar to the mounting of the support rod in Hängelagerg io or the mounting of the roller in the bearing plate 1 ii 3. At a bearing eye of the crank 14 1 9 is a crank 2o articulated, roughly in such a way that a bolt 21 is inserted through a hole in the bearing eye ig and a hole in an eye of the crank 20, the head 22 of which lies against the flat side of the bearing eye ig, while on the other side of the Crank 2o a disk 73 flies on the flat side of the crank, which is held in its position by a pin 23 reaching through the bolt 2 1. The crank 2o is articulated to the crank arm 2 4 in a similar manner to the crank 14 with the aid of a bolt 25 with a head 26, a washer 74 and a pin 27 . The crank arm 24 is mounted on the lower door frame 4 by a bearing pin 29 firmly connected to the bearing plate -8 reaching through a hole in an eye 3o of the crank arm 24 and a pin 3 1 passing through the bearing pin 29 the crank arm 24 with a washer in between 75 secures in its position. The end shield 28 is screwed to the subframe 4 at 32. The crank gear 2o, 24 exceeds its dead position by a small amount such that the crank 2o blocks a movement of the crank 14. A further downward crossing of the dead position is prevented by a stop 33 connected to the crank 12, which rests against a stop 34 connected to the subframe 4. As long as the dead-center position of the crank gear 20, 24 is exceeded, the crank 14 is not able to -. to execute a clockwise rotation, that is to say a right-hand rotation, of the bolt. So it remains immobile in its position. If this Spierre be canceled by lifting of the crank arm 24, the extension is designed as a control lever 35, the crank gear 2o, 24 turned back from sdiner exceeded dead point. If there is a sufficient return movement from the exceeded dead position, the torque exerted by the crank 2o on the crank 14 causes the crank 14 to rotate further clockwise, so that the eccentric disk 12 is released from the support rod io and the jamming of the support rod io between the eccentric disk 12 and the roller ii ceases . The support rod io and thus the tipping box i can fall off as a result of their own weight, for as long as the operating lever 35 is on. is honorable. If you want to interrupt the downward movement 91 tD of the tilting box, then you release the control lever 35 or press it down slightly. As a result, the crank 14 and with it the eccentric disk 12 are again pressed against the support rod io and the support rod io is clamped between the eccentric disk 12 and the roller ii. In this way, the tilting box i falling back from its tilting end position or any tilting intermediate position can be held securely in any tilting intermediate position.
