Lighting devices for medical purposes.
The present invention relates to a lighting device for medical purposes with two lens systems, of which the one closest to the light source creates an image of the light source.
According to the invention, a diaphragm which can be displaced in the direction of the optical axes of these systems is arranged between the two lens systems, the opening of which is imaged by the lens system located behind it. The ability to move the diaphragm has the advantage that when the image of the light source is fixed once and for all, the luminous field, i. i. Allow the image of the aperture to wander a little in the depth direction, i.e. adapt it to the distance of the object to be illuminated from the last lens surface. The aperture you like in the new device either as an open, z. B. form a ring-shaped aperture, or you can also close it with a glass plate, be it a frosted glass plate, a colored glass or a reticle.
In the drawing, for example, a headlamp designed according to the invention is shown in a section containing the optical axis. The light source is formed here by the filament of an electric lamp a. A condenser system b and a projection system o are arranged behind the incandescent lamp. Between the two there is a panel d which is closed off by a frosted glass plate e. Behind the projection system e there is a mirror f which deflects the bundle of rays by approximately 90 from its original direction. The diaphragm d is slidable in the direction of the axis A-A. For this purpose, the mount of the diaphragm is provided with two pins g, which are guided in two slots lu of the tube surrounding the entire device.
The optical arrangement here is such that the capacitor b and the projection system c together produce an enlarged image i of the filament of the lamp a and that the system c is at a relatively great distance, which is the same as that between the object to be illuminated and the device is to receive, an image of the opening of the aperture d is generated.
