  Schutzrechen für Stromturbinen. 



   Bei Stromturbinen ist die Anbringung von Schutzrechen vor der Eintrittsöffnung des Gehäuses unerlässlich, wenn nicht die vom Wasser mitgeführten Stoffe (Sand, Schlamm, Gegenstände) zum Laufrade gelangen und Betriebsstörungen verursachen sollen. Diese Schutzrechen müssen naturgemäss zeitweise von den an ihnen abgelagerten und haftenden Körpern befreit werden, was jedoch bei grösseren Anlagen, wo die unteren Teile des Rechens schon ziemlich tief unter dem Wasserspiegel liegen, mit Schwierigkeiten verbunden ist. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft einen solchen Schutzrechen und bezweckt, die Reinigung desselben bequem durchführen zu können. Dies wird im wesentlichen dadurch erreicht, dass der Rechen um eine mit der Turbinenachse annähernd zusammenfallende Achse drehbar ist, so dass alle Teile desselben durch Drehung um die Achse knapp unter die Wasseroberfläche gebracht werden können. 



   In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in beispielsweiser Ausführungsform in Fig. 1 in Vorder-und in Fig. 2 in Seitenansicht veranschaulicht. 



   Der Schutzrechen besteht aus Stäben   si...     s,   die die Erzeugenden eines Kegelstumpfes bilden, dessen obere Öffnung von der aus dem Gehäuse vorspringenden Nabe N des Laufrades ausgefüllt wird und dessen untere Öffnung mit der Eintrittsöffnung des Gehäuses T der Turbine zusammenfällt. Die Stäbe stützen sich gegen einen auf der Propellernabe angeordneten Winkeleisenring   W1   und werden anderseits von einem Ring   W2   umfasst, über welchen ein Kettentrieb k läuft, der vom   Schwimmkörper   aus betätigt werden kann. Auf diese Art kann das Stabsystem beliebig gedreht werden, wobei der Ring   W1   als Führung dient. Die Stäbe tragen an den vorderen Enden zweckmässig Führungsansätze.

   Die Einrichtung ermöglicht es, alle Teile des ringförmigen Schutzrechens knapp unter die Wasseroberfläche zu bringen und in einfacher Weise, z. B. mittels einer Stange, zu reinigen. 



    PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :  
1. Schutzrechen für Stromturbinen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vor der Eintrittsöffnung des Gehäuses angeordnete Schutzrechen um eine mit der Turbinen-bzw. Gehäuseachse annähernd zusammenfallende Achse drehbar ist, so dass alle Teile des Rechens durch Drehung desselben knapp unter die Wasseroberfläche gebracht und gereinigt werden können.

Naturally, these protective rakes have to be temporarily freed from the bodies deposited and adhering to them, which, however, is associated with difficulties in larger systems where the lower parts of the rake are already quite deep below the water level.



   The invention relates to such a protective rake and aims to be able to carry out the cleaning of the same conveniently. This is essentially achieved in that the rake can be rotated about an axis which approximately coincides with the turbine axis, so that all parts of the same can be brought just below the water surface by turning around the axis.



   In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment in FIG. 1 in a front view and in FIG. 2 in a side view.



   The protective rake consists of rods si ... s, which form the generatrix of a truncated cone, the upper opening of which is filled by the hub N of the impeller protruding from the casing and the lower opening of which coincides with the inlet opening of the casing T of the turbine. The rods are supported against an angled iron ring W1 arranged on the propeller hub and on the other hand are encompassed by a ring W2 over which a chain drive k runs, which can be actuated from the floating body. In this way, the rod system can be rotated as desired, with the ring W1 serving as a guide. The bars expediently have guide lugs at the front ends.
