  Einsatzmesser für   Fräser, Reibahlen   u. dgl. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft ein Einsatzmesser für   Fräser,     Reibahlen   u. dgl., das aus einem Träger aus Siemens-Martin-Stahl oder einem anderen weniger hochwertigen Werkstoff mit einem an der Schneidseite   aufgeschweissten     Plättchen   aus einer hochwertigen Legierung, z. B.   Stdlit besteht.   Es hat sich bei solchen Werkzeugen gezeigt, dass es nicht genügt, das   Stellitplättchen   mir auf dem aus dem Körper

 beanspruchungen nicht standhält und abspringt. Um diesen Nachteil zu beseitigen, erhält nach der Erfindung das   Plättchen   solche Abmessungen, dass es mit seinem inneren Ende noch in den Körper hineinragt und so auf drei Seiten gehalten und gewissermassen eingebettet wird.

   Dadurch wird ein einwandfreies Arbeiten des Werkzeuges unter Steigerung der   Leistungsfähigktit   und einer Ersparnis an hochwertigem Werkstoff erzielt. 



   Die Zeichnung zeigt eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung. Fig. 1 ist eine Seitenansicht eines mit Messern nach der Erfindung ausgerüsteten Fräskopfes und Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht. 



   Die in dem   Fräskopfe   eingesetzten Messer bestehen aus einem Träger a aus Siemens-Martin-Stahl oder einem ähnlichen Werkstoff, auf welchem an der Schneidseite das   Plättchen   b aus Stellit, Schnellstahl usw. aufgeschweisst ist. Das   Plättchen   ist so bemessen, dass es mit seinem inneren, der Schneidkante abgekehrten Ende noch in den Kopf c hineinragt und daher an drei Seiten gehalten wird.
