Abstract
El campo técnico de la presente invención se refiere a una composición que comprende un nutriente y un modulador del sabor. Los procesos para preparar dicha composición y los productos de consumo que contienen dicha composición también son objetos de la invención. Reivindicación 1: Una composición que comprende: al menos un material de soporte soluble en agua, al menos un nutriente, y al menos un modulador del sabor. Reivindicación 2: La composición de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, donde el nutriente se elige del grupo formado por una vitamina, un mineral, un antioxidante, un extracto botánico y mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicación 9: La composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, donde el material portador soluble en agua se selecciona del grupo que consiste en un derivado de un almidón, una goma, una fibra, un polisacárido, una proteína, harina soluble o mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicación 11: La composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, donde el modulador del sabor se selecciona del grupo que consta de compuesto enmascarador de amargor, compuesto enmascarador de acidez, compuesto potenciador de umami, compuesto potenciador de enfriamiento, compuesto bloqueador del amargor, compuesto enmascarador amargo, compuesto modulador del sabor agrio, compuesto modificador de la sensación en la boca, compuesto enmascarador del sabor, enmascarador de astringencia. compuesto, compuesto enmascarador del sabor salado o metálico, compuesto potenciador del dulzor, compuesto potenciador de la salivación y sus mezclas. Reivindicación 15: Un producto de consumo comestible que comprende la composición definida en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, preferentemente en forma de bebidas frías o calientes, infusiones de hierbas, café, té, productos botánicos.
