Abstract
Proceso y sistemas para convertir plásticos de desecho que incluyen el ingreso de un plástico de desecho a un tanque de fundición, y en el tanque de fundición, el calentamiento del plástico de desecho para formar un plástico fundido. El plástico fundido se extrae del tanque de fundición y se ingresa a un reactor de pirolisis. En el reactor de pirolisis, el plástico fundido se calienta a una temperatura de pirolisis, produciendo de esta manera un producto de aceite de pirolisis y un producto de brea líquido. El aceite de pirolisis luego se separa en una fracción de gas de pirolisis, una fracción de aceite de pirolisis ligero, una fracción de aceite de pirolisis medio, y una fracción de aceite de pirolisis pesado.
