Abstract

Un acople de transmisión giratorio forma parte de un sistema de control de presión de los neumáticos para una rueda de un vehículo, donde la rueda tiene un cubo montado en un eje de manera que puede girar, el acople de transmisión giratorio tiene una unidad de estator montada en el eje de la rueda de manera tal que se pueda ajustar su posición con respecto al eje en la dirección axial. La unidad de estator tiene un miembro de extremo en forma de disco y un miembro de rodamiento que se extiende en la dirección axial desde el miembro de extremo y que tiene una superficie de rodamiento en su superficie externa en dirección radial, y el miembro de extremo se proyecta hacia afuera en una dirección radial desde la superficie de rodamiento. El miembro de rodamiento retiene una carcasa de rodamiento interna de un rodamiento de rodillos que lleva el cubo. En el miembro de extremo hay montado un conector, que está conectado a un suministro de aire del sistema de control de presión de los neumáticos y un conducto de aire que conecta el conector con un paso de aire que se extiende en la dirección axial por debajo de la superficie de rodamiento. En la superficie de rodamiento hay una abertura que conecta el paso de aire con una cámara de aire dispuesta radialmente hacia el exterior de la superficie de rodamiento. El cubo se conecta con una unidad de rotor mediante un ajuste por par de torsión, y la unidad giratoria queda dispuesta en el exterior en dirección radial del miembro de rodamiento de la unidad de estator y tiene un conector en una posición externa en dirección radial que se conecta a la válvula del neumático de una rueda montada en el cubo. Entre la unidad giratoria y el miembro de rodamiento hay dispuesto un conducto de aire que conecta el conector con la cámara de aire; y entre la superficie de rodamiento de la unidad de estator y la unidad giratoria hay dispuesta una unidad de sellado que tiene por lo menos dos anillos de sellado que se mantienen en su lugar y están dispuestos con una separación entre ellos en la dirección axial, donde dicha separación define la cámara de aire.
