Abstract

La presente divulgación también proporciona, entre otras cosas, un medio de criopreservación para criopreservar células de mamífero, el medio comprende: entre aproximadamente 1% p/v y 10% p/v de dimetilsulfóxido (DMSO), entre aproximadamente 0,25% p/v y 5% p/v de disacárido, y entre aproximadamente 10% p/v y 90% p/v de suero humano. La presente divulgación también proporciona, entre otras cosas, un medio de criopreservación para criopreservar células de mamífero, el medio comprende: entre aproximadamente 1% p/v y 10% p/v de dimetilsulfóxido (DMSO), entre aproximadamente 0,25% p/v y 5% p/v de disacárido, y entre aproximadamente 0,5% p/v y 30% p/v de albúmina sérica humana.
