Abstract

La presente también se refiere a un sistema dual de calentamiento o enfriamiento, al uso del sistema dual de calentamiento o enfriamiento en un dispositivo emisor de radiación y a un procedimiento de calentamiento o enfriamiento alternativo de áreas o partes de un dispositivo emisor de radiación (100) antes, durante o después de una operación de emisión de radiación de dicho dispositivo de emisión de radiación (100).
