Abstract
Una composición de polietileno que comprende un primer polietileno que consiste en un copolímero de etileno con un peso molecular promedio en peso de entre 70.000 y 250.000 y una distribución de pesos moleculares Mʷ/Mₙ < 2,3, un segundo polietileno que consiste en un copolímero u homopolímero de etileno con un peso molecular promedio en peso de entre 50.000 y 200.000, y una distribución de pesos moleculares Mʷ/Mₙ < 2,3 y un tercer polietileno que es un copolímero u homopolímero de etileno con un peso molecular promedio de entre 70.000 y 200.000 y una distribución de pesos moleculares Mʷ/Mₙ < 2,3 donde el primer polietileno tiene más ramificaciones de cadena corta que el segundo polietileno o el tercer polietileno. En un análisis por CEF la composición de polietileno tiene un índice de amplitud de distribución de la composición, CDBI₅₀ obtenido a partir de un análisis de fraccionamiento por elución por cristalización (CEF) de 45% en peso. La película hecha a partir de la composición de polietileno puede tener un módulo secante al 1% en la dirección de la máquina ³ 200 MPa (con un espesor de película de aproximadamente 1 milésima de pulgada), una temperatura de inicio del sellado (SIT por las siglas en inglés de Seal Initiation Temperature) £ 85ºC (con un espesor de película de aproximadamente 2 milésimas de pulgada), un área de la ventana de resistencia del termosellado (AHTW por sus siglas en inglés de Area Of Hot Tack Window) ³ 220 Newton׺C (con un espesor de película de aproximadamente 2 milésimas de pulgada),una velocidad de transmisión de oxígeno (OTR por las siglas en inglés Oxygen Transmission Rate) ³ 600 cm³ por cada 100 pulgadas² (con un espesor de película de aproximadamente 1 milésima de pulgada), una resistencia al impacto con dardos de ³ 400 g/milésimas de pulgada, y una resistencia al desgarro en la dirección de la maquina (MD) de ³ 400 g/milésimas de pulgada.
