Abstract

La presente se refiere a un método de producción de lignina y hemicelulosa a partir de un material lignocelulósico vegetal, que comprende los pasos de: (a) poner en contacto un material lignocelulósico vegetal con una solución de extracción durante más de 2 horas a una temperatura entre 95ºC y 110ºC, por lo cual se obtiene una fracción sólida y una fracción líquida, (b) separar la fracción sólida y la fracción líquida, (c) concentrar la fracción líquida para obtener una fracción líquida concentrada, (d) mezclar partes iguales en peso de agua con la fracción líquida concentrada para obtener una suspensión que comprende partículas sólidas en suspensión en un medio líquido, (e) separar las partículas y el medio de dicha suspensión, (f) recuperar las partículas de dicha suspensión, por lo cual se obtiene una fracción que comprende lignina denominada “fracción lignificada”, y (g) recuperar el medio de dicha suspensión, por lo cual se obtiene una fracción que comprende hemicelulosa, denominada “fracción hemicelulósica”.
