Abstract

Esta proporciona un método para ajustar la sensibilidad de detección de error en una sonda ultrasónica array. El método comprende: un paso de disponer una placa P1 enfrentada a la sonda ultrasónica de modo tal que una superficie superior de la placa con la superficie superior y la superficie inferior aproximadamente paralelas entre sí esté dispuesta en forma aproximadamente paralelamente a una dirección de distribución de los transductores 11, o disponer un material tubular P2 enfrentado a la sonda ultrasónica de modo tal que la dirección axial del material tubular esté dispuesto aproximadamente paralelamente a la dirección de distribución de los transductores; un paso de transmitir ondas ultrasónicas desde cada transductor hacia la superficie superior de la placa o hacia una superficie exterior del material tubular, y recibir ecos desde la superficie inferior de la placa o desde una superficie interior del material tubular en cada transductor; y un paso de ajustar la sensibilidad de detección de error de cada transductor a fin de ecualizar sustancialmente la intensidad de un eco recibido en cada transductor.
