Abstract

Un procedimiento para la fabricación de un tejido unidireccional textil, en donde al menos se entretejen una capa plana de hilados de refuerzo multifilamento yuxtapuestos dispuestos mutuamente paralelos por medio de hilos transversales, en donde como hilos transversales se usan hilos transversales con una estructura de núcleo-envuelta y un titulo de 10 a 40 tex, en donde los hilos transversales presentan un primer componente que constituye la envuelta y un segundo componente que constituye el núcleo, en donde el primer componente presenta una menor temperatura de fusión que el segundo componente, el primer componente es un material de polímero termoplástico fundible y por intermedio del primer componente de los hilos transversales se unen los hilados de refuerzo multifilamento yuxtapuestos mutuamente por adhesión por fusión, en donde por entretejido de los hilados de refuerzo multifilamento con el hilo transversal se forman pasadizos en el tejido unidireccional, con lo que se puede regular una permeabilidad de 10 a 600 l/dm²/min. Otro procedimiento para la fabricación de un tejido unidireccional con un fieltro. Unas preformas de fibras, fabricada a partir del tejido unidireccional.
