Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un método para seleccionar una planta de soja resistente a la roya de soja asiática (ASR) caracterizado porque comprende los pasos de: a) aislar ácidos nucleicos de una pluralidad de plantas de soja; b) detectar en dichos ácidos nucleicos aislados la presencia del locus 15 de resistencia a ASR, en el que dicho locus de resistencia está compuesto por una o más moléculas marcadoras seleccionadas del grupo que consiste en NS0093385 identificable por sondas con SEQ ID Nº 31 y 32, y NS0118716 identificable por sondas con SEQ ID Nº 33 y 34, y NS0127833 identificable por sondas con SEQ ID Nº 35 y 36; y c) seleccionar una planta de soja que comprende dicha una o más moléculas marcadoras, seleccionando de este modo una planta de soja resistente a ASR. Reivindicación 8: El método de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque dicha detección implica uno o más métodos seleccionados del grupo que consiste en extensión de base única (SBE), secuencia de extensión de cebador especifica de alelo (ASPE), secuenciación de ADN, Secuenciación de ARN, análisis basados en microarrays, PCR universal, extensión alelo especifica, hibridación, espectrometría de masas, ligación, ligadura de extensión y ensayos mediados por endonucleasas Flap.
