Abstract

Un proceso para iniciar un reactor de circulación multizona que no contiene partículas de poliolefina, que comprende los pasos de transportar gas a través del reactor y la línea de reciclaje de gas, alimentar un material particulado que comprende un catalizador de polimerización y opcionalmente poliolefina en el reactor, controlar el flujo de gas en una zona del reactor vertical equipada con una válvula reguladora en la parte inferior para que la velocidad del gas ascendente en la parte inferior de esta zona de reacción sea menor que la velocidad en caída libre terminal del material particulado alimentado en el reactor y, después de que el peso de la poliolefina particulada en esta zona del reactor es mayor que la fuerza de resistencia del gas que se mueve hacia arriba, controlar la velocidad de circulación de las partículas poliméricas dentro del reactor de circulación multizona ajustando la apertura de la válvula reguladora y ajustando la velocidad de flujo de un gas de dosificación.
