Abstract

Formulación que comprende un derivado de bencimidazol. La formulación para administración oral que comprende un compuesto o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo; y al menos un disgregante seleccionado del grupo que consiste en croscarmelosa de sodio, almidón glicolato sódico ye hidroxipropilcelulosa con bajo grado de sustitución, muestra una excelente estabilidad durante el almacenamiento y tiene un efecto en la prevención de un fenómeno de disminución en la velocidad de disolución, usándose de esta manera de forma útil como una formulación para administración oral. Reivindicación 1: Una formulación para administración oral que comprende un compuesto de (S)-4((5,7-difluorocroman-4-il)oxi)-N,N-2-trimetil-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-6-carboxamida de fórmula (1) o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo; y al menos un disgregante seleccionado del grupo que consiste en croscarmelosa de sodio, almidón glicolato sódico e hidroxipropilcelulosa con bajo grado de sustitución. Reivindicación 2: La formulación para administración oral de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en donde el disgregante está contenido en un 1 a 20% en peso con respecto al peso total de la formulación. Reivindicación 4: La formulación para administración oral de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en donde la formulación comprende adicionalmente al menos uno seleccionado del grupo que comprende un aglutinante, una carga y un lubricante.
