Abstract

La solicitud se refiere a un proceso para la fabricación de derivados de diazepina. Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para la fabricación de un compuesto de fórmula (1), que comprende las siguientes etapas: (a) la reacción de un compuesto de fórmula (2), que tiene una relación enantiomérica de al menos 70:30 con un ácido para llegar al compuesto de fórmula (1); y (b) la cristalización del compuesto de fórmula (1) obtenido en la etapa (a) a partir de acetato de isopropilo; en donde R¹ es alquilo.
