Abstract

La presente tiene por objeto un proceso de soldadura de semiproductos monolíticos de aleación de aluminio por láser sin alambre de aportación, conocido por el especialista con el nombre de Remote Laser Welding, que consta de las siguientes etapas: suministro de por lo menos dos semiproductos de aleación de aluminio de los que uno por lo menos es una chapa laminada de composición (% en peso): Si: 2,5 - 14, preferentemente 2,7 - 5,0; Fe: 0,05 - 0,80, preferentemente 0,15 - 0,60; Cu: £ 0,20, preferentemente £ 0,10 e incluso £ 0,05, más preferentemente £ 200 e incluso 100 ppm; Mg: 0,05 - 0,8, preferentemente 0,20 - 0,40; Mn: £ 0,70, preferentemente £ 0,30; Cr: £ 0,35; Ti: 0,02 - 0,30; Sr hasta 500 ppm; Na hasta 200 ppm; Sb hasta un 0,15 %, otros elementos < 0,05 cada uno y < 0,15 en total, resto aluminio, con la condición A: 5,2 Fe + 1,95 Si - 0,5 Cu - Mg ³ 7,0; soldadura de los semiproductos de aleación de aluminio por láser sin alambre de aportación, proceso conocido por el especialista con el nombre de Remote Laser Welding.
