Abstract

Un método de acuerdo con una realización se puede utilizar para preparar una composición de bebida de proteína carbonatada para propósitos de producción en masa de gran cantidad. El método incluye hacer fluir un concentrado de proteína líquida y agua, y mezclarlos para formar una pre-mezcla de la composición de bebida.
