Abstract

En un procedimiento para la fabricación de clínker de cemento, en el cual se precalienta en un intercambiador de calor polvo crudo mediante gases calientes de salida de un horno de clínker, y el polvo crudo precalentado y eventualmente calcinado en un calcinador es cochurado en el horno de clínker para obtener clínker, presentando el intercambiador de calor al menos un ramal constituido de una pluralidad de intercambiadores de calor de lecho fluidizado de tipo ciclón, los cuales están dispuestos uno detrás de otro y a través de los cuales circula sucesivamente el gas de salida de horno y en los cuales el polvo crudo es precalentado gradualmente, se deriva una corriente parcial de los gases de salida de horno de manera de aprovechar solamente una corriente parcial restante de los gases de salida de horno para el precalentamiento del polvo crudo. La instalación comprende un horno de clínker en cuya descarga se conecta un enfriador y en cuyo extremo de carga se conecta un intercambiador de calor con al menos un ramal con intercambiadores de calor de lecho fluidizado tipo ciclón donde circulan los gases de salida del horno y donde se precalienta el polvo crudo. Comprende además un conducto para derivar de la trayectoria de flujo una corriente parcial de gases de salida del horno.
