Se proveen polinucleótido aislados, polipéptidos codificados, constructos de ácido nucleico que los comprenden, células vegetales y plantas que los comprenden y métodos para generar plantas con rendimiento, biomasa, tasa de crecimiento, vigor, contenido de aceite, rendimiento de la fibra, calidad de la fibra, tolerancia al estrés abiótico, y/o la eficacia en el uso de nitrógeno mejorados, donde los polinucleótidos codifican polipéptidos que son, al menos 80% idénticos al Nº ID DE SEC: 574 - 930, 6266 - 10549 ó 10550, como los polinucleótidos definidos por los Nº ID DE SEC: 1 - 573, y 931 - 6265.
