Abstract
Procedimiento de oxicombustión en el que se utilizan fracciones de hidrocarburo gaseosas, líquidas, sólidas, opcionalmente fundentes de sólido, de rango inferior, como combustibles, que tienen un contenido de vanadio en cantidades en peso que oscilan entre 50 y 5.000 ppm o más, para producir energía, donde el magnesio se agrega como óxido, o como una sal hidrosoluble; la cámara de combustión es refractaria, isotérmica o cuasi isotérmica, sin llama, y opera a temperaturas que oscilan entre 1250 y 1450ºC, bajo condiciones presurizadas, donde el oxidante es oxígeno, y el oxidante se utiliza mezclado con agua o vapor, la relación molar oxidante:(agua/vapor) oscila entre aproximadamente 1:0,4 y aproximadamente 1:3, o el oxidante se utiliza mezclado con gases de combustión reciclados, provenientes de los gases de combustión que salen de los equipos de recuperación de energía, donde la cantidad de agua/vapor es superior al 30% en volumen, opcionalmente agregando agua a los gases de combustión reciclados, la relación molar oxidante:(agua/vapor) en los gases de combustión oscila entre aproximadamente 1:0,4 y aproximadamente 1:3; la fracción de hidrocarburo de rango inferior que contiene vanadio se alimenta mezclada con agua o vapor, de modo tal que la cantidad de agua/vapor es igual al menos al 30% en peso con respecto a la fracción de hidrocarburo.
