Abstract
La presente acta proporciona métodos para promover la diferenciación de células madres pluripotenciales. Particularmente, se proporciona métodos para producir una población de células del endodermo pancreático, en donde la densidad de siembra inicial de pluripotenciales no diferenciadas está definida. Reivindicación 31: Un método para obtener células que expresan marcadores indicativos del endodermo pancreático; el método comprende: a) sembrar las células madre pluripotenciales en una superficie; b) diferenciar las células madre pluripotenciales en células que expresan marcadores indicativos del endodermo definitivo; y c) diferenciar las células que expresan marcadores indicativos del endodermo definitivo en células que expresan marcadores indicativos del endodermo pancreático. Reivindicación 32: El método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 31, en donde las células madre pluripotenciales se siembran en una superficie a una densidad de siembra de aproximadamente 0,8 x 10⁵ células/cm² a aproximadamente 3,0 x 10⁵ células/cm².
