Abstract
Se describen métodos para reducir los niveles de emisión durante condiciones estables para utilizar con un sistema de desulfurización mediante un depurador seco. Se inyecta un polvo de hidróxido de calcio seco en el sendero de flujo de gas y se riega con agua en el absorbente secador por atomización. La lechada resultante se deposita luego sobre mangas de filtro en la cámara de filtro de mangas. Ello se puede realizar a temperaturas inferiores a las que el absorbente secador por atomización sería de otro modo operable, lo cual permite que se produzca una desulfurización con anterioridad en el proceso de combustión, particularmente durante el arranque de una caldera fría a temperatura ambiente. La operación de la caldera también se puede reforzar, compensar, reducir o aumentar según diversas situaciones operativas.
