Abstract

El método comprende las etapas de: colocar un sustrato de peso pre-conocido sobre un lecho del sustrato de traslación XYZ; soportar una muestra en un sujetador de muestra, en donde la muestra es perpendicular al lecho del sustrato de traslación XYZ; colocar un peso predeterminado encima del sujetador de la muestra de manera que la muestra y el sustrato formen un punto de contacto; mover primero el lecho del sustrato de traslación XYZ a una primera velocidad de barrido en una primera dirección con relación a la muestra; mover en segundo lugar el lecho del sustrato de traslación XYZ a una segunda velocidad de barrido en una segunda dirección con relación a la muestra; efectuar el primer movimiento y el segundo movimiento para un número predeterminado de ciclo(s); obtener un segundo peso del sustrato del sustrato después de un número predeterminado de ciclos; y determinar un valor de adelgazamiento basado en el primer peso del sustrato y el segundo peso del sustrato.
