Abstract
Sonda quirúrgica óptica que incluye una pieza de mano configurada para acoplarse en forma óptica a una fuente de luz y una cánula en un extremo distal de la pieza de mano. La sonda además incluye al menos una guía de luz dentro de la pieza de mano. La guía de luz se configura para transportar un haz de luz desde la fuente de luz a un extremo distal de la pieza de mano. La sonda además incluye un generador multi-punto en la cánula que incluye un adhesivo óptico facetado con una superficie extrema facetada separada de un extremo distal de la guía de luz. La superficie extrema facetada incluye al menos una faceta oblicua a un trayecto del haz de luz. En algunas realizaciones, la sonda además incluye una férula de alta conductividad en el extremo distal de la guía de luz. En otras realizaciones, la cánula se forma con un material transparente.
