Abstract

La presente se relaciona con morteros que incluyen una mezcla de compuestos de éter de celulosa y exhiben vida útil, capacidad de retención de agua y tiempo abierto mejorados, como así también elevados valores de resistencia a la tracción. Estos morteros se pueden utilizar en la fabricación de sistemas de aislamiento exterior con acabado final (EIFS), especialmente en ambientes cálidos. La mezcla de éter de celulosa incluye hidroxietiléter de celulosa y metilhidroxietiléter de celulosa. También se puede agregar al mortero poliacrilamida aniónica hidrosoluble e hidroxipropil almidón.Reivindicación 1: Un mortero de ElFS para la aplicación a altas temperaturas y con vida útil y capacidad de retención de agua mejoradas que comprende: cemento, material de carga/agregado, una mezcla de metilhidroxietilcelulosa e hidroxietilcelulosa, suficiente agua para otorgar una consistencia apropiada al mortero, donde la mezcla de metilhidroxietilcelulosa e hidroxietilcelulosa es una cantidad de aproximadamente 0,1% a aproximadamente 1% en peso, sobre la base del peso del mortero de EIFS en base seca y donde la relación de metilhidroxietilcelulosa a hidroxietilcelulosa en la mezcla está en el rango de aproximadamente 10:90 a aproximadamente 90:10 en peso.
