Abstract
Los métodos presentes se refieren a la aislacion y concentracion de proteínas usando filtracion tangencial en membrana, y a proteínas producidas por dichos métodos. Una característica del método es que la proteína de interés se retiene por una membrana tangencial bajo ciertas condiciones que promueven la retencion, mientras que bajo otra condicion la proteína pasa a través de la membrana.
