Abstract

La presente solicitud proporciona un método que permite de manera fácil, simple y precisa evaluar el estado de ajuste de partes que ofician de hombro de asiento de una union roscada para el uso como union de canos o tubos, tales como OCTG, tanto durante el proceso de ajuste o luego del ajuste. El método de evaluacion para el estado de ajuste de una union roscada 100 de canos o tubos de acuerdo con la presente que se distingue debido a en se transmiten ondas ultrasonicas superficiales desde la superficie interior del extremo macho roscado 1 a la superficie interior de la caja de conexion 2 o desde la superficie interior de la caja de conexion 2 a la superficie interior del extremo macho roscado 1 a través de las partes que ofician de hombro de asiento 13, 23 del extremo macho roscado 1 y la caja de conexion 2, y en base a la intensidad de onda transmitida o la intensidad de onda reflejada de las mismas, determinar si el estado de ajuste de la union roscada 100 es o no satisfactorio.
