Abstract
Un método de producción de cuerpos de espuma moldeados, que comprende: provisión de una composición que tiene partículas de espuma y aglutinante; introducción de la composición en un espacio que se une al menos en un lado por una superficie de presión, y aplicación de presión en la composición por medio de la superficie de presión. El método además comprende la irradiación de microondas a través de la superficie de presión en la composición, mientras que se ejerce presión en la composición. Además un dispositivo para llevar a cabo el método de acuerdo con la solicitud, que tiene: al menos una superficie de presión y una superficie de apoyo que se halla enfrente, entre las cuales se extiende un espacio que está adaptado para recibir una composición de partículas de espuma y aglutinante. La superficie de presión y la superficie de apoyo se fijan al espacio en forma directa. El dispositivo además comprende al menos una capa rígida que es en forma local o completa esencialmente transparente para las microondas y tiene una superficie orientada al espacio, que está conectada a la superficie de presión de modo de transmitir fuerza. El dispositivo también comprende una unidad del radiador de microondas que se dispone en un lado de la capa rígida remota del espacio y se alinea con respecto al espacio a fin de irradiar las microondas en el espacio a través de la capa rígida. Por último, una unidad del radiador de microondas para el tratamiento térmico de las composiciones de espuma. La unidad del radiador de microondas comprende una multiplicidad de antenas de microonda que se acomodan en una matriz plana y al menos dos de las cuales están conectadas mediante un dispositivo distribuidor a una fuente de senal de microondas común, que alimenta al menos las dos antenas.
