Abstract
Una estacion base de radio distribuida incluye un primer nodo controlador del equipo de radio (REC) (12), un segundo nodo controlador del equipo de radio (REC) (14), y un nodo de equipo de radio (RE) (16) para transrecepcionar informacion sobre una interfaz de radio con una o más terminales de radio. El primer nodo REC y el segundo nodo REC están físicamente separados del nodo RE. El primer nodo REC y/o el segundo nodo REC están conectados al nodo RE mediante un enlace de transmision. La informacion de referencia de sincronizacion es provista a uno de los nodos REC y RE. La informacion de referencia de sincronizacion en un nodo se compara con la informacion de temporizacion recibida de otro de los nodos REC para generar la diferencia de temporizacion.
