Abstract

Se revelan composiciones de gasolinas oxigenadas que contienen isobutanol que tienen presion de vapor reducida comparadas con aquellas que contienen un solo oxigenado y con isobutanol. Dichas composiciones se pueden formar en una refinería o en una terminal. Se revelan métodos para reducir la presion de vapor de una gasolina oxigenada y métodos para reducir límites de presion de vapor sobre una refinería en la produccion de gasolina oxigenada. Se revelan propiedades fundamentales de isobutanol que incluyen el análisis de espectro de radiacion infrarroja. También se revelan procesos y métodos para mezclar y distribuir estos combustibles.
