Abstract
Se revelan métodos y aparatos para la determinacion de un nivel de potencia de enlace ascendente físico para las transmisiones sobre un canal físico de enlace ascendente. En una configuracion, se transmite un mensaje de enlace ascendente de canal de acceso aleatorio (RACH). El mensaje de enlace ascendente de RACH incluye un nivel de potencia de mensaje de RACH y/o un valor de pérdida de propagacion de enlace descendente. Un mensaje de enlace descendente que incluye un valor de desplazamiento de potencia que es recibido. El nivel de potencia de enlace ascendente físico para las transmisiones sobre un canal físico de enlace ascendente en funcion del valor de desplazamiento de potencia. En otra configuracion, se transmite un mensaje de enlace ascendente de RACH y un mensaje de enlace descendente que incluye un valor relativo de desplazamiento de potencia que es recibido. El nivel de potencia de enlace ascendente físico para las transmisiones sobre el canal físico de enlace ascendente en funcion del valor relativo de desplazamiento de potencia.
