Abstract
Un método de adaptación de enlace de acceso por paquetes de enlace descendente de alta velocidad (HSDPA), que incluye: llevar a cabo una medición de métrica de calidad de canal, en un estado en el que una unidad inalámbrica de transmisión/recepción (WTRU) no tenga un enlace dedicado, en sincronización con un ciclo de recepción discontinua (DRX) de la WTRU; y transmitir la medición de la métrica de calidad de canal sobre los Resultados Medidos en un elemento de información (lE) de canal de acceso aleatorio (RACH). También se divulga una unidad inalámbrica de transmisión/recepción (WTRU) que emplea al método.
