Abstract
Se describe un reactor tubular para reacciones catalíticas que comprenden intercambios térmicos, en particular, para reacciones de eterificacion entre olefinas ramificadas y alcohol lineal, para reacciones de dimerizacion de olefinas ramificadas o reacciones de craqueo, compuesto esencialmente por un intercambiador de haz tubular vertical cuyos tubos contienen catalizador, que tiene toberas de entrada y de salida para cada lado de paso de los reactivos, el catalizador y el líquido de intercambio térmico, caracterizado porque tiene uno o más soportes metálicos situados fuera de la placa de tubos inferior en la parte inferior del reactor para mantener el catalizador de manera tal que el mismo catalizador sea contenido no solo en los tubos del haz tubular sino también en dicha parte inferior fuera de la placa de tubos inferior y también en la parte superior fuera de la placa de tubos superior.
