Abstract
Se describe un sistema calentador de combustion no inflamable que incluye un calentador de combustion no inflamable; una tubería de entrada del oxidante; una tubería de entrada de combustible; y un precalentador para precalentar el oxidante o el combustible, dicho precalentador incluye un catalizador de oxidacion. Un método para iniciar el calentador de combustion no inflamable que incluye pasar la mezcla de combustible y oxidante a un precalentador que incluye un catalizador de oxidacion para precalentar el combustible o la corriente oxidante que se vierte al calentador. Asimismo se describe un método para controlar la temperatura del sistema calentador de combustion no inflamable que incluye controlar la concentracion de combustible y/o oxidante que pasa por el precalentador. Reivindicacion 7: Un método para iniciar un sistema calentador de combustion no inflamable tal como se reivindica en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 2 a 3, que incluye pasar el oxidante por una tubería de entrada de oxidante, introducir combustible en la tubería de entrada de oxidante corriente arriba del precalentador, de manera tal que ocurre combustion no inflamable en el precalentador, pasar el oxidante calentado resultante por el calentador de combustion no inflamable hasta que el calentador se ubica por encima de la temperatura de ignicion espontánea de la mezcla deseada de combustible y oxidante, y posteriormente pasar el combustible por la tubería de entrada de combustible de forma tal que haya combustion no inflamable en el calentador.
