Abstract
En los métodos se describe la identificacion y la acumulacion de secuencias de ácidos nucleicos preferidas en el germoplasma de una poblacion de mejoramiento de plantas. Reivindicacion 1: Un método para el mejoramiento de plantas que comprende determinar la secuencia de una pluralidad de ácidos nucleicos dentro del genoma de al menos una o más plantas en una poblacion de mejoramiento; asociar cada una de las secuencias de ácidos nucleicos con un valor numérico; y tomar al menos una decision de mejoramiento de plantas aplicada a una o más plantas, sobre la base del valor numérico.
