Abstract
Un proceso para la polimerización multietapa de olefinas, el cual comprende una polimerización en fase de gas llevada a cabo en por lo menos dos reactores en fase de gas conectados en serie, la descarga continua de mezcla de reacción de polímero y gas proveniente de un reactor aguas arriba hacia un dispositivo de transferencia y la alimentación continua de polímero proveniente de dicho dispositivo de transferencia hacia un reactor aguas abajo, dicho dispositivo de transferencia comprendiendo: a) una cámara de separación en la cual se renueve del polímero dicha mezcla de reacción de gas; b) por lo menos un par de tolvas de alimentación que trabajan intermitentemente en paralelo, donde una de dichas tolvas de alimentación se llena en forma continua con el polímero que viene del paso a), mientras simultáneamente la otra es presurizada en forma continua por medio de un gas que comprende la mezcla de reacción que viene de dicho reactor aguas abajo.
