Abstract

La confeccion de un calzado deportivo y para todo andar, abotinado, tipo inglés posibilita que el usuario deslice su pie hacia el interior del calzado y que éste se ajuste firmemente sobre el pie sin necesidad de usar cordones. Esto otorga al calzado la apariencia de un calzado abotinado sin cordones. Reivindicacion 1: Un calzado deportivo y para todo andar, de calce rápido, caracterizado porque comprende: una suela del calzado; una capellada unida a la suela del calzado, donde la capellada y la suela del calzado juntas encierran la parte interior del calzado, donde la capellada tiene una abertura para el tobillo y una embocadura que permite acceder al interior del calzado, donde la capellada tiene laterales izquierdo y derecho que se extienden a lo largo de los laterales opuestos de la embocadura; una pluralidad de ojales para cordones dispuestos a lo largo tanto del lateral izquierdo como del derecho de la capellada, con la particularidad que por los orificios no pasan cordones; y una banda que presenta extremos izquierdo y derecho opuestos, donde el extremo izquierdo de la banda se une al lateral izquierdo de la capellada en el interior del calzado y el extremo derecho de la banda se une al lateral derecho de la capellada en el interior del calzado y la banda que cruza la embocadura y que se ubica debajo de la pluralidad de ojales para cordones.
