Abstract
Los compuestos de la presente son inhibidores de la SGK y pueden utilizarse para el tratamiento de enfermedades causadas por SGK y dolencias tales como diabetes, obesidad, síndrome metabolico (dislipidemia), hipertonía sistémica y pulmonar, enfermedades cardiocirculatorias y enfermedades renales, en general en cualquier tipo de fibrosis y procesos inflamatorios. Reivindicacion 1: Compuestos de la formula (1) en donde R1, R2 son en cada caso, de modo independiente entre sí H, CHO o acetilo; R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11 son en cada caso, de modo independiente entre sí, H, A, OSO2A, Hal, NO2, OR12, N(R12)2, CN, O-COA, -[C(R12)2]nCOOR12, O-[C(R12)2]oCOOR12, SO3H, -[C(R12)2]nAr, -CO-Ar, O-[C(R12)2]nAr, --[C(R12)2]2Het, - [C(R12)2]nC:::CH, O-[C(R12)2]nC:::CH, [C(R12)2]nCON(R12)2, -[C(R12)2]nCONR12N(R12)2, O- [C(R12)2]nCON(R12)2, O-[C(R12)2]oCONR12N(R12)2, NR12COA, NR12CON(R12)2, NR12SO2A, N(SO2A)2, COR12, S(O)mAr, SO2NR12 o S(O)mA, R3 y R4 también son CH=CH-CH=CH, R3 y R4, R7 y R8 o R8 y R9 también son juntos alquileno con 3, 4 o 5 átomos de C, en donde uno o dos CH2 pueden estar reemplazados por O; A es alquilo no ramificado o ramificado C1-6, en donde 1-7 átomos de H pueden estar reemplazados por F, o alquilo cíclico con 3-7 átomos de C, Ar es fenilo, naftilo o bifenilo no sustituido o mono-, di- o trisustituido con Hal, A, OR12, N(R12)2, NO2, CN, fenilo, CON(R12)2, NR12COA, NR12CON(R12) 2, NR12SO2A, COR12, SO2N(R12)2, S(O)mA, -[C(R12)2]n-COOR12 y/u - O[C(R12)2]o-COOR12, Het es un heterociclo saturado, insaturado o aromático mono- o bicíclico con 1 a 4 átomos de N, O y/o S, que puede estar mono-, di- o trisustituido con Hal, A, OR12, N(R12)2, NO2, CN, COOR12, CON(R12)2, NR12COA, NR12SO2A, COR12, SO2NR12, S(O)mA, =S, =NR12, y/u =O (oxígeno del carbonilo), R12 es H o A; Hal es F; Cl, Br o I, m es 0, 1 o 2, n es 0, 1, 2 o 3, o es 1, 2 o 3, así como sus derivados, sales, solvatos y estereoisomeros de utilidad farmacéutica, incluyendo sus mezclas en todas las proporciones.
