Abstract

Un producto absorbente seleccionado entre una proteccion para la incontinencia, una toallita higiénica y un protector diario, que comprende una lámina superior perforada permeable al líquido que no mira hacia el usuario durante su uso, por lo cual bordes símil tela que se extienden longitudinalmente están situados en ambos lados longitudinales de la lámina superior, de modo que una parte central de la lámina superior no se encuentre cubierta por los bordes símil tela, por lo cual el diámetro longitudinal de los orificios de la lámina superior se encuentra dentro del intervalo entre 0,1 y 3,2 mm, preferentemente entre 0,5 y 3,2 mm, más preferentemente entre 0,9 y 2,4 y con máxima preferencia entre 0,5 y 3,2 mm, más preferentemente entre 0,9 y 2,4 y con máxima preferencia entre 1,6 y 2,4 mm, donde al menos 70% del área de la parte central de la lámina superior está perforada, y donde la lámina superior comprende además perforaciones, que están situadas entre los orificios de la lámina superior. Por ende, puesto que se utilizan orificios relativamente grandes, el líquido pasa rápidamente a través de la lámina superior hacia la estructura absorbente. Además, puesto que las perforaciones pequenas están situadas entre los orificios y la lámina superior está en su mayor parte abierta, se refuerzan las propiedades de captacion
