Abstract

La presente trata de un embalaje en formato de bandeja para el acondicionamiento de productos alimenticios del tipo preparados prontos para consumo, o sea, aquellos que ya vienen condimentados y cocidos/ asados/ fritos, tratando más específicamente con un embalaje de estructura física compuesta de plásticos laminados, comprendiendo capas de PP/EVOH/PP, lo que significa que permite termosellar el borde superior de la bandeja con film plástico y una vez sellado dicho embalaje mantiene naturalmente estable todas las características y calidad del producto preparado, dispensando con la necesidad de la cadena de refrigeracion (resfriamiento y/o congelamiento) para la conservacion de dicho producto.
