Abstract
Un proceso para uso en reacciones en fase gaseosa exotérmicas en equilibrio que comprende las etapas de: (a) proveer una corriente de reciclo con la adicion de gas de refresco, para formar una corriente de gas de alimentacion; (b) calentar la corriente de gas de alimentacion; (c) pasar la corriente de gas de alimentacion calentada a un primer reactor que contiene un catalizador para las reacciones en fase gaseosa exotérmicas, en condiciones adecuadas para la reaccion; (d) remover una corriente de producto que comprende producto y gases no reaccionados del primer reactor; (e) enfriar y condensar parcialmente la corriente de producto para formar una fase gaseosa y una fase líquida; (f) separar la fase líquida que contiene el producto deseado de la corriente de producto y remover dicha fase líquida; (g) separar la fase gaseosa de la corriente de producto para formar una corriente gaseosa; (h) opcionalmente mezclar la corriente gaseosa a partir de la corriente de producto con gas de refresco adicional; (i) calentar la corriente gaseosa; (j) pasar la corriente gaseosa calentada a un reactor final que contiene un catalizador para las reacciones en fase gaseosa exotérmicas en condiciones adecuadas para la reaccion; (k) remover una corriente de producto final que comprende producto y gases no reaccionados del reactor final; (l) enfriar y condensar parcialmente la corriente de producto final par formar una fase gaseosa final y una fase líquida final; (m) separar la fase líquida final que contiene el producto deseado desde la corriente de producto final y remover dicha fase líquida final y (n) separar la fase gaseosa de la corriente de producto final y reciclar el gas a la etapa (a), y en donde la corriente gaseosa de la etapa (g) es comprimida previamente al calentamiento en la etapa (i).
