Compuestos de la fórmula (1), en donde: i y j = 1; R1 está en la posición 3 ó 4 en el anillo fenilo y representa un grupo ciano, un grupo alcoxi sustituido con halógeno, un grupo tioalquilo, un grupo alquilcarbonilo o un grupo alquilsulfonilo; y R2 representa un grupo carboxilo, un grupo alcoxicarbonilo, un grupo alquilcarbonilo, un grupo amida insustituido o un grupo alquilo lineal o ramificado sustituido con un grupo ciano, hidroxilo, carboxilo, alcoxicarbonilo o amida insustituido; y también sus derivados, sales, solvatos y estereoisómeros farmacéuticamente aceptables, incluyendo sus mezclas en todas las proporciones, sus composiciones farmacéuticas y usos.
