Abstract

La presente se refiere al uso de 6-isopropil-3, 9-dimetil-1, 4-dioxaespirol [4.5] decan-2-ona, en forma de cualquiera de sus isómeros o de una mezcla de los mismos, como ingrediente aromatizante o saborizante. La presente se refiere también a las composiciones aromatizantes o saborizantes o a los artículos que contienen dichas composiciones. Las composiciones que comprenden 6-isopropil-3,9-dimetil-1,4-dioxaspiro [4.5]decan-2-ona y al menos un compuesto adicional que posee o confiere propiedades organolépticas mentosas, frutales y/o trigeminales también forman parte de la presente invención.
