Abstract

La cápsula con rosca comprende dos partes, a) un inserto (3) que comprende una cabeza llamada interior (30) y una falda interior roscada (31) y, b) un casquillo (4) metálico que comprende una cabeza exterior (40) y una falda exterior (41), la susodicha cápsula está típicamente dotada de un medio de estanquidad (5), de un medio de inviolabilidad (6) y de un medio de primera apertura (7), y se caracteriza porque la susodicha falda exterior (41) comprende por lo menos una parte (42) típicamente cilíndrica de altura H1, con un diámetro D1 adaptado al gollete (2) que ha de ser tapado, y por lo menos una parte radialmente expandida (43) de altura H2, inscrita en un círculo de diámetro D2 > D1 y que forma una cavidad radial anular (48). Ventajas: la parte expandida (43) facilita particularmente la presión manual de la susodicha cápsula (1) y su rotación con respecto al susodicha gollete (2) para abrir/cerrar el susodicho recipiente mediante desenroscado/enroscado de la susodicha cápsula (1) en el susodicho gollete (2). Reivindicación 49: Procedimiento de fabricación de la cápsula (1) según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 48 en que: a) se aprovisiona eventualmente la susodicha parte interior o inserto (3), que comprende eventualmente la susodicha junta adicional, así como eventualmente los susodichos dispositivos vertedor o "no rellenable" (8, 8'), b) se forma una pieza en bruto (4') de la susodicha parte exterior (4), la susodicha pieza en bruto (4') comprende una falda (41') de diámetro D1 y de altura H' > H, típicamente por embutición, extrusión o repujado, a partir de un material en banda típicamente metálico, c) se transforma la susodicha pieza en bruto (4') en la susodicha parte exterior (4) gracias a la realización de una expansión radia local de la susodicha falda exterior (42') en la susodicha altura H2, d) se ensambla eventualmente a la susodicha parte exterior (4) la susodicha junta adicional (50) y/o la susodicha parte interior (3), típicamente por aplicación de un adhesivo entre la susodicha falda exterior (41) o en la susodicha parte cilíndrica (42) y por introducción de la susodicha parte interior (31) en la susodicha parte exterior (41).
