Abstract
La presente se refiere a una instalación de energía eólica, sea esta una instalación offshore u onshore. Tales instalaciones de energía eólica offshore ya se han construido, y otras más se hallan actualmente en planeamiento. Siempre que se implantan construcciones artificiales en el mar, a las partes de la obra que se hallan por debajo del nivel del agua se les aplica una capa que las protege. Particularmente de los barcos, también se conoce el hecho de que los mismos reciben una pintura protectora externa (TBT), la que no sólo es sumamente problemática desde el punto de vista químico, sino que en el caso instalaciones de energía eólica offshore, también sirve para el fin de evitar en lo, posible la acumulación de la fauna y de la flora marinas.(moluscos, cirripedos y otras formas de vida marina). Instalación de energía eólica offshore con una construcción subacuática, que exteriormente está provista con una estructura que favorece un crecimiento de la fauna y de la flora marinas.
