Claims (10)
- 수중 건축물을 구비하는 해상 풍력 발전 시설로서,상기 수중 건축물에는 상기 수중 건축물로의 물의 침투를 방지하는 제1 보호층이 설치되고, 상기 제1 보호층에는 천연 화강암 또는 사암 클리프 또는 사암의 거칠기 중 어느 하나와 같은 비교적 큰 거칠기의 보다 거친 구조물이 외부에 설치되며, 상기 보다 거친 구조물이 해상 동물군과 식물군의 성장을 촉진하여 몰아치는 파도 및 부식성 해수에 의한 공격으로부터의 자연적인 보호가 제공되도록 되어 있는, 해상 풍력 발전 시설.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보다 거친 구조물이, 홍합 성장(mussel growth)이 인공적으로 또는 자연적으로 촉진되거나 갑각류가 용이하게 퇴적되어 고정될 수 있도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 해상 풍력 발전 시설.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 보호층 및 상기 보다 거친 구조물 사이에는 제2 보호층이 설치되어, 이 제2 보호층은 상기 보다 거친 구조물 상에서 성장하는 해상 동물군과 식물군이 수중 건축물 상의 제1 보호층을 공격하는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해상 풍력 발전 시설.
- 제1항에 있어서, 해수면의 영역에서 홍합 망이 매달릴 수 있는 서스펜션 장치(suspension device)를 갖는 파일론(pylon)을 더 구비하는 해상 풍력 발전 시설.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지면 위의 하부 영역에서 망(net)용 홀더를 수용하는 수용장치를 갖는 파일론을 더 구비하는 해상 풍력 발전 시설.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수용장치는 상기 풍력 발전 시설의 상기 파일론을 완전히 또는 부분적으로 둘러싸고 망용 홀더와 맞물리게 되는 레일장치이어서, 상기 망용 홀더가 상기 파일론 외주의 소망 위치에 위치될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 해상 풍력 발전 시설.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 망용 홀더는 수용장치 상의 소정 위치에 상기 망용 홀더를 고정하는 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해상 풍력 발전 시설.
- 삭제
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수용장치는, 나사, 스플릿 핀 또는 기타 고정수단 중 어느 하나에 의해 파일론에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해상 풍력 발전 시설.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수용장치는 망용 홀더가 매달기식으로 맞물릴 수 있는 후크를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 해상 풍력 발전 시설.
